We are there for your child and you

Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training backgrounds. They all attend regular further training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily work - ideas that will also benefit your child!

We have 10 members of staff all with Level 3 or above in Childcare and one student currently undertaking Level 3 course.

Our  Annual review from the Cumbria County Council said of our staff members, "Children are supported sensitively,with care and consideration of their individual needs. They have warm and meaningful relations with Key persons, who are responsive to the child's needs, feelings and interest. They set clear boundaries allowing the children to become confident and independent learners through positive relations. Planning for activities is based on the children's needs and interests. They provide a range of activities and experiences which are challenging, imaginative, open ended experiences.
